Nature of Service
Vidhi is a digital service. Everything we provide — case law search, document summaries, the document editor, AI drafts, and the personal document library — is accessed through our web application at vidhi.pro. There is no physical product to deliver.
Activation
Your subscription is activated automatically once payment is successfully received. You receive a confirmation email and can begin using all features included in your plan immediately.
If activation does not happen within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference and we will resolve it.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability. Vidhi is operated on cloud infrastructure with monitoring and backups. From time to time we may schedule maintenance windows; we try to schedule these during low-usage hours and announce them in advance through an in-product notice or email.
Unplanned outages are addressed promptly. Significant service unavailability is communicated through our status page or email, and may qualify for credit per our Refund Policy.
Geographic Coverage
Vidhi is available globally over the public internet. Our case-law knowledge base focuses on Indian law (Supreme Court of India to begin with). The product UI is in English.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through licensed payment gateways. We accept major Indian credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking, subject to availability through our payment partner. All charges are in INR and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
No Shipping or Handling
Because Vidhi is digital, there are no shipping charges, customs duties, or handling fees. The subscription price displayed at checkout is the total payable, plus applicable taxes.
Support and Issue Resolution
For any service delivery issue — failed activation, access problems, performance concerns — email us at [email protected]. We respond within one business day and most issues are resolved on the same day.
Service Changes
We may add features, update pricing, or change plan limits over time. Material changes are communicated by email or in-product notice before they take effect, in line with our Terms of Service.
